When you hire The Wedding Talk team, you'll have professionals by your side from concept to creation. Our system for supporting couples during their planning year has been crafted and perfected to provide you with excellent service, attention to detail, personal connection, and accurate execution.
What is included?

Guidance, management, and creation of your Wedding Day with our trusted team of experts.

A Welcome Kit with tips, templates, and expectations of your planning experience with TWT team.

Organization of every detail necessary for orchestrating your Wedding Day.

Detailed assistance with your Venue and Vendors including: researching, contract negotiations, managing communication, scheduling and attending meetings, data-logging, client protection, and day-of direction.

Wedding Design and Styling.

Assistance with invitations, stationery design, and your wedding website.

Researching and coordinating hotel blocks and transportation as needed.

Provide creative support throughout the planning process and on the day of the Wedding.

On the Wedding Day, two team members will assist you, your wedding party, and your guests and will manage full coordination of vendors and the event from the moment it starts until your last dance.

Additional Services included for your Wedding Weekend:​

Our team will lead your ceremony rehearsal the day prior, will step in to decorate anything not handled by other vendors on the day of, will provide an emergency kit for unexpected issues, hand out gratuity envelops for your vendors, manage and oversee proper execution of the wedding timeline, and assist with break down at the end of the night.

The Wedding Weekend includes two hours the day prior for rehearsal and ten hours of work on the day of. If you need additional hours of service for either day, we're more than happy to accommodate more at $300/extra hour.

We know not everyone needs a full planning package. Our consultations are perfect for someone looking for a boost of help where you need it. We can help with things like design ideas, questions to ask your vendors, contract reviewing, wedding party outfits, timeline creation, or anything else wedding-related!
Please note the one service we are specifically unavailable to help with is assisting with venue or vendor searching - this is reserved for planning clients due to the time necessary for such a task.
